Ankle Circles

Performing ankle circles can help increase flexibility and range of motion in your ankles, allowing you to move with more ease and comfort throughout your day. Keep pushing through the discomfort and remember that each circle brings you one step closer to stronger, pain-free ankles!

Purpose

Ankle circles are a gentle exercise that can help improve flexibility and range of motion in the ankle joint, reducing stiffness and discomfort associated with ankle pain. By moving the ankle in circular motions, this exercise can also help to increase blood flow to the area, promoting healing and reducing inflammation.

Sit comfortably on a chair.
2
Lift your affected foot off the ground and make circles with your ankle in a clockwise motion.
3
Repeat the circles in a counterclockwise motion.
